Therapy for Adults

You might come to therapy because something has been weighing on you for a while, or because life has recently become harder to manage. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood and depression, stress, relationship difficulties, the effects of difficult childhood experiences, and big life transitions such as becoming a parent.

I offer both short-term support and longer-term therapy. Short-term work focuses on practical strategies for what’s happening now. Longer-term therapy gives us space to explore the deeper patterns underneath. Many people find a mix of both is most helpful, and we can adjust as we go.

Parenting Support and Intervention

Parenting brings up so much, joy, exhaustion, love, and sometimes real pain and confusion about how to connect with your child in the way you want to.

I offer parenting support and intervention for parents navigating emotional and behavioural challenges and  who want to better understand their child's inner world and strengthen their connection with them.

Parents often come to me knowing that they want to parent differently to what they've experienced themselves or feeling frustrated that they cannot show up in the way they hope to. You might be confused or struggling with your child's emotions or behaviour or simply wanting to understand what's going on for them.

Together, we can work to navigate the noise, strengthen your confidence and find your way back to the wisdom that's already there.

I’m trained in Circle of Security and can offer two options:

Circle of Security Parenting is a structured program, offered individually or in a group, that helps you recognise what your child needs and respond with confidence and warmth.

Circle of Security Intensive is a more tailored option. It starts with an assessment of your relationship with your child and uses short video clips of you and your child together, so we can look at real moments and build on what’s already working.

Clinical Supervision

I'm a board-approved supervisor offering clinical supervision to psychologists, clinicians, and other professionals.

My supervision style reflects the same relational, attachment-informed lens that shapes my clinical work. I aim to create a space where supervisees feel genuinely supported to grow, think more deeply about their clients and their own clinical process, and build confidence in their work.

I have a particular interest in supporting clinicians to strengthen their application of relational principles to therapy and COSP Facilitators to expand and deepen their application of the model.
